As reported by Xiaoshan Daily, since Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd won the bidding for the steel structure of #2, #4 and #6 sunshine valleys successfully last year, after seven months of construction, #4 valley weighing over 900t has been completed in April and #2 and #6 will be completed early June, 2009.

Shanghai Expo Sunshine Valley is the largest symbolic architecture in the Expo Park. It is consisted of six independent valleys with 15.3m width at the bottom, 41.5m height and the top is as wide as 70m. This project adopted the advanced structure techniques which can make the natural light reach the ground through the Sunshine Valley. It is energy saving and environment friendly.
